When looking at the checklist consider frequency or intensity ( not at all, somewhat, a lot) In the past two weeks :
I have felt tired out for no good reason
I have felt nervous and don't know why
I have been restless/fidgety
I have had trouble getting out of bed
I have had difficulty engaging in things I love doing
I have been eating a lot more or a lot less than usual
I feel that I am letting myself and others down
Whilst a lot of these are experienced by many people right now, IF you have answered yes to more than 3 of these and the range is somewhat or a lot it may be a good idea to chat to a professional.
