Lock-Down Mental Health Check In

When looking at the checklist consider frequency or intensity ( not at all, somewhat, a lot) In the past two weeks :

  1. I have felt tired out for no good reason

  2. I have felt nervous and don't know why

  3. I have been restless/fidgety

  4. I have had trouble getting out of bed

  5. I have had difficulty engaging in things I love doing

  6. I have been eating a lot more or a lot less than usual

  7. I feel that I am letting myself and others down


Whilst a lot of these are experienced by many people right now, IF you have answered yes to more than 3 of these and the range is somewhat or a lot it may be a good idea to chat to a professional.
